Students of Houston’s Pat Neff Elementary School undertook a year-long curriculum-based exploration of the distinct character of their Sharpstown community.
The resulting, school-wide “book report” was a delightfully diverse Hooray for Neff Festival, celebrating the stories and people of Sharpstown through visual art, song, dance, quilts, photography exhibits and original writing. SEE IT FOR YOURSELF
